Organisation, Management and Control Model (Legislative Decree 231/2001)

The set of principles, rules, protocols, and tools adopted by EP Fiume Santo to mitigate the risk of any form of irregularity occurring in the conduct of business activities, as well as to limit the risk of committing the offenses indicated in Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.

Monitoring of effectiveness and compliance with regulations is entrusted to a specific Supervisory Body (SB) to which employees and collaborators can send any reports.
