Marek Spurný
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fiume Santo S.p.A.
Graduate in Law degree at Palacký University in Olomouc.
Vice-Chairman, responsible for Legal and Compliance of EPH.
He has been working for EPH group and its legal predecessors since 2004. As such, he holds the position of Chief Legal Counsel of the group, with main responsibilities for transaction execution, negotiations and implementation of merger and acquisition transactions, restructurings, and legal support in general as well as for compliance.
Marek Spurný holds several positions in the corporate bodies of the group companies: member of the board of directors of the parent company Energetický a průmyslový holding, a.s., EP Infrastructure, a.s. or EP Power Europe, a.s., as well as the subsidiaries of the group.
Before joining the group,he had been working for five years for the Czech Securities Commission, the former capital markets regulatory authority in the Czech Republic.
Luca Alippi

From July 2015 to February 2026, Chief Executive Officer of EP Produzione S.p.A., also serving as Chairman or Chief Executive Officer of the group’s main subsidiaries and affiliated companies.
From July 2011 to June 2015, General Manager of E.ON Energia S.p.A. (sales of electricity and gas to business and residential customers).
At E.ON from 2000 to 2015, he established and led the first operating companies in Italy dedicated to electricity trading and the development of power generation capacity. He also held leadership roles in international projects.
Member of the Advisory Committee of Terna S.p.A. from 2006 to 2008.
Chairman of AIGET (Italian Association of Energy Wholesalers and Traders) for two terms, from 2005 to 2009.
Chief Executive Officer of Bayernwerk Italia S.p.A. (entry of the German utility into the Italian market at the beginning of energy market liberalization) from 1999 to 2000.

Davide Weber
Director Fiume Santo S.p.A.
David Weber holds law degrees from France and the United Stated and a Master of Science in Financial and Tax Engineering. He has over 25 years of experience as a lawyer, International General Counsel and Legal associate in law firms and international industrial groups. He has a solid track record in mergers and acquisitions negotiations and in the structuring of complex projects, with extensive expertise in international legal, accounting and financial frameworks. He currently serves as Legal Counsel in the EPH Group, Member of the Supervisory Board of CMI France, Board member of EP France, Europa FM, Virgin Radio Romania and Vibe FM, and Chairman of Biomasse Italia.
